Sealord's new flagship ready for delivery

Sealord of New Zealand is now ready to take delivery of their new flagship "Tokatu".
The vessel is of ST-118 design and is built by SIMEK AS of Flekkefjord, Norway. Technical seatrials were conducted recently where excellent performance was demonstrated.

The vessel has a length of 81,75 m and a beam of 17,0 m.  "Tokatu" is arranged for a crew of 50 persons.  The main engine has a capacity of 5400 kW, fuel capacity is abt. 1120 cbm.  Total cargo capacity is abt. 2500 cbm.

"Tokatu" is expected to leave the yard in Norway within the end of this month and set the course for Nelson, New Zealand where the official naming ceremony will take place in the end of May.
