This week, the heavy-lift ship "Seaway Osprey" arrived in Norway with the hull of "REM Pioneer" on deck. The hull is Yard no. 82 at Myklebust Verft, in Gursken, Norway. The vessel is methanol-ready and cutting-edge solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption today while ensuring compliance with the demanding future environmental requirements.

Skipsteknisk AS is proud to announce that the company has been chosen as the designer of a new advanced oceanographic research vessel for the National Academy of Marine Research (NAMR) in Taiwan. The ship will be built by Marco Polo Shipyard Ltd. in Singapore/Batam. The value of the shipbuilding contract is equivalent to more than NOK 1.5 billion.

Baffin Fisherie's new trawler "Inuksuk II" successfully launched

This week the launching of the new trawler of ST-119 design was successfully performed at Tersan Shipyard in Turkey. The new trawler will be named "Inuksuk II" and with a length of 80 m and a beam of 18 m become one of the largest arctic freezer trawlers in Canada. Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for mid 2024.
